- We currently ship only within Saudi Arabia.
- Standard shipping charges apply and are shown during checkout.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in unused, original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Customers bear the return shipping fee (SAR 35), unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Refunds are processed within 7–21 working days based on the payment method.
